Why need a business email??
Most companies and organizations nowadays use business emails for communication because it's a sign of professionalism and shows that the company is real and can be trusted. So it'll be good for you to have one if you run a business, in order to build trust with your clients.
Having described what a business email is, let's jump to our topic of today.
To create your business email you'll need to follow the steps below:
- Step 1:
You'll need a domain name, if you don't have one no problem. Just visit the following sites to get one Godaddy, NameCheap
- Step 2:
Create an account on improvmx by entering your domain name and email address then Clicking create a free alias on their main page.
Next, add the DNS MX records to your DNS page in your hosting provider account by following the steps given to you on the next page.
Next, come back to your improvmx dashboard and check your domain name by clicking on the check again button.
- Step 3:
Once you get the message email forwarding active, you'll need to create an email forward that will forward all emails coming to your business email to your mail. To do that;
Enter the business email you want to create. For example contact@yourdomain.com, then enter any email address where you want to receive your emails.
You're done, now if someone sends an email to your business email you'll receive it in the email address you added above.
